Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

I love homemade salad dressings. I have been making the same one for years because I always have the ingredients and it is so simple - equal parts olive oil, apple cider vinegar and sugar. But yesterday I made a new one and thought I could just about drink it out of the bowl. It is out of Robin Miller's cookbook.
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

I made it for my salad but ended up dipping my chicken and bread in it. Abby - I think you would like this one.
